Having issues? Dashboard won't launch? Missing assets? Errors or freezes?
I do not know how to open the dashboard
RGH/JTAG/0f:
Simply download the folder with the two (occasionally 3) files to your USB/HDD, and launch the dash.xex with Aurora/XexMenu/FSD3/XBDM/Xshell.
You can also set it as one of the options under Paths in DashLaunch, to have it autoboot/boot depending on a button.
BadUpdate/ABadAvatar:
Download the folder with the two (occasionally 3) files to your USB/HDD, perform the exploit, then launch the dash.xex with Aurora/XexMenu/FSD3/XBDM.
You can also set it as one of the options for Paths under your launch.ini if using XeUnshackle, but do not install DashLaunch.
Unmodded (Retail):
Unfortunately there is no way for you to run these dashboards. Consider setting up BadUpdate/ABadAvatar - it only requires a USB, copying a few files and allows you to greatly enhance your Xbox 360 experience.
PC (Xenia Canary):
First, download Xenia Canary from the latest release shown in the bottom right (Linux users should use their respective package manager, ie. pacman or apt). Afterwards, download the folder with the two (occasionally 3) files to a folder on your PC, open Xenia, and launch the dash.xex.
The dashboard does not open, shows a black screen

That specific action might be incompatible with the stealth/in general. Common examples are hovering over Clock in settings, selecting Family Settings when connected to Live, or sometimes selecting your profile. Feel free to try the Generic Troubleshooting Steps, but they probably won't help.
The dashboard opens but freezes at random points
This could either be the dashboard's fault, or you might have NAND/plugin issues. Try disabling every plugin except your stealth. If the issue exists in every dashboard you probably have a dying NAND, especially if it is a 4GB Corona.
The dashboard opens but assets are missing/belong from Metro V2
A side effect of this dash method. Use 6717 Retail Blades/9199 Retail NXE/13604 Retail Kinect on Proto Stealth (other stealths are untested and might require other versions).

An easy way to bypass this is to open the HUD/Guide right after starting the dashboard. If this lenient timing is still too hard for you, simply spam the HUD/Guide button. Alternatively delete the avatar data as mentioned here in the fourth bullet point.
